GMU Holds the Grand Chorus Contest for the 40th Anniversary of the Reform and Opening-up

    On the evening of November 9th, the Grand Chorus Contest for the 40th Anniversary of the Reform and Opening-up and the Batch 2018 Students was held in Huangjin Campus of GMU.


    The competition started with a sonorous song. School of Humanities and Social Sciences expressed its deep longing for the prosperity of the motherland with the classical song "We Walk on the Road". And the songs of School of Information Engineering, School of Nursing, the Graduates’ Department, School of Pharmacy and School of Rehabilitation also gave a display to the students' deep love to the great motherland and the Policy of Reform and Opening-up.


     The lively chorus "Youth Dance" from the First Clinical Medicine Sciences won peaks of applause.

    The "Glory and Dream" of the School of Basic Medicine Sciences expressed the pursuit of building China.

    "We are the GMU Members of New Era" from the School of International Education pushed the atmosphere to a climax.

    The whole match was full of passion. After intense competition, the First Clinical Medicine Sciences, the Graduates’ Department and the School of Basic Medicine Sciences won the first prize, the second prize and the third prize respectively. The School of International Education won the special prize.
    Professor Luo Xiaohang, the Member of Chinese Musicians' Association & the composer of GMU School Song, Professor Tang Yuqin, the member of Chinese Musicians' Association & former dean of the Art College of East China Jiaotong University, Xie Jin from Gannan Institute of Art Creation, Liao Wenna from Ganzhou Dancers Association and art instructor Peng Lirong from GMU acted as the judges of the contest.
