GMU Holds the GMU-LMU Medical Student Exchange Program Symposium

    On the evening of November 12th, the GMU-Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) Medical Student Exchange Program Symposium was held in Huangjin Campus of GMU. GMU president Liu Qian, the executive vice president of the DCOM Medical College of LMU, Jonathan Leo, together with the directors concerned, the teachers and students of the exchange program and the relevant colleges attended the symposium.

    In his speech, Liu Qian fully appreciated the progress made by exchange students in the study and life in GMU, and thanked LMU for the support and help in the exchange program. At the same time, he hoped that teachers and students could learn something during the symposium.

    Dr. Jonathan Leo said that in this GMU-LMU cultural exchange and cooperation, both sides had learned a lot. The DCOM Medical College of LMU would continue to deepen the development of the friendly cooperation with GMU.

    Subsequently, four representatives of the exchange students said in their speeches that they were very grateful to the teachers and students of LMU for their enthusiastic help. The exchange students shared their learning experiences and life experiences with humorous words and vivid photos, and introduced the cultural differences between China and the United States from the aspects of learning methods and eating habits.
It is learned that in July this year, 18 first Batch of exchange students of GMU went to the United States to participate in a three-month study, creating a new model to experience the doctoral courses.
