HKBU Delegation Pays a Visit to GMU

      On the morning of March 30, accompanied by the deputy mayor Peng Yeming,the Deputy Secretary of the People's Government of Ganzhou of CPC KuangXianyuan and the director of Bureau of Education of Ganzhou, Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) delegation, including the board member Xu Huajie, Vice-President Huang Weiguo,the assistant to the President Huang Yi, the dean of School of TCM Lu Aiping, the director of School of Cinema and the office director Jin Xing(in charge of projects), paid a visit to GMU. GMU President Han Limin met this delegation and accompanied them to visit GMU.
 

 
 

     HKBU visited the University Natural Medicine Research & Development Key Lab of JiangXi Province and Morphology Open Lab and had a detailed understanding of the scientific research fundamentals in terms of natural medicine research and development, natural medicine material basis analysis and the design and application of Sectional Anatomy sample intelligent learning.
 

  
 

      During the conference, Han Limin extended a warm welcome to the delegation, made an introduction to GMU and hoped to carry out in-depth cooperation with HKBU in terms of TCM, faculty training and students exchange. HKBU Vice-President Huang Weiguo said that HKBU attached importance to the cooperation between both Parties and he hoped both universities built the communication platform well to create conditions for all dimensional cooperation.
 

 
 

      Established in 1956 and sponsored by Hong Kong government, HKBU is a comprehensive university and boasts School of Arts, Faculty of Business, School of Chinese Medicine, Faculty of Science, School of Social Sciences, School of Communication, School of Continuing Education, Academy of Visual Arts and Graduate School, including 10,000 students. According to the Asian universities rankings in 2013, HKBU ranks the 43rd.
