Yoga Helps Students to Relieve Stress on the Coming Exams

    In December 19, College Students’ Yoga Training Center of GMU carried out a yoga class to help relieve students’ stress on study and the coming exams.
 

    The course was jointly taught by College Students’ Yoga Training Center of GMU and the Standing Member of Jiangxi Yoga Association “Lanxin Yoga Team”. More than 100 students and teachers attended the course. During the class, the students gradually relaxed the tense bodies under the guidance of coaches.
 

    A Batch 2014 student, Liu Yingying said “I have been practicing yoga for a year. Every time I exercise, the teachers always tell us to keep smiling. Now, to smile has become a habit of mine”.  
    A Batch 2015 student, Yan Juan said “I practiced yoga before, but the course taught by College Students’ Yoga Training Center of GMU has changed my mind. Yoga is not a simple twist twist, but to find peace in the out-breath."
